You can initiate account deletion directly inside the mobile app for instant self-service.
In-App Account Deletion
If you currently have the mobile application installed on your iOS or Android device, follow these simple steps to delete your account instantly:
Open the App
Launch the mobile app on your phone and log in to your account.
Go to Profile
Tap the "Profile" or "Settings" tab in the bottom navigation bar.
Privacy & Security
Select "Privacy & Security", then scroll down and tap "Delete My Account".
Confirm Deletion
Read the confirmation warning and verify your identity with your password or OTP.
What Data Is Deleted vs. Retained
To ensure complete transparency, below is an exact breakdown of data handling upon deletion processing:

Processing Timeline & Communication
Once a deletion request is received, our Data Protection team sends an automated confirmation email with a unique tracking Reference Number.
To prevent accidental or unauthorized sabotage, we may verify your identity via confirmation email or SMS OTP. Once verified, your account and personal profile will be permanently erased within 30 calendar days.
